This notice explains the information zSEO processes when you use its SEO research, content, validation, and publishing workflows.

zSEO processes the account email and authentication records needed to secure access. It also stores the website profiles, workflow inputs, generated artifacts, approvals, provider configuration, and operational logs created through the product.
When you connect an external service such as Google Search Console or a publishing destination, zSEO processes the credentials and data required to provide that connection.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the workspace, preserve workflow history, prevent duplicate work, generate and validate content, deliver approved artifacts, diagnose failures, enforce usage limits, and protect accounts from abuse.
Website data remains scoped to the account and workspace permissions attached to that website.
External providers
Configured AI, search, analytics, image, email, storage, and publishing providers receive only the information needed for the requested operation. Those services process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Opening dashboard reports and settings does not by itself trigger AI, SERP, Trends, Search Console, or publishing calls.
Retention and security
zSEO retains account and workflow records while they are needed to provide the service, preserve audit history, meet security requirements, or comply with applicable obligations. Access controls, session protection, and protected secret storage are used to reduce unauthorized access.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials private and revoke external integrations you no longer use.
Questions and requests
You can close your account yourself in Settings. Closing it signs you out of every browser and removes your name and email address from zSEO; articles you already published stay where you published them.
